As part of our road map out of Covid-19 one of the things we have put in place to improve continuity of care is for our GPs to have patient lists and for all the ongoing care for each patient to be taken on by the named GP.
Don’t worry if your GP is away or you need to be seen for a more urgent nature you can ask to see another GP at the surgery.
Text messages will be sent out to inform you whom your named GP is.
You can also request to change you named GP and will be looked at on a case by case basis.
