Statement from Dr Mary Mitchell:

I have had a wonderful and enjoyable career in medicine. Firstly my years in hospital medicine and especially as a partner at Chequers surgery (Hughenden Valley Practice).

I will greatly miss the staff and patients alike. I have looked after many patients for the last 3 decades whom I have got to know very well.

I am very saddened to leave at this very difficult time of the Covid pandemic.

We have recruited new excellent doctors to continue a further chapter in the history of the practice.

I have of course offered and very willing to step in and help the practice if needed over the coming months.

I am very regretful not to be able to say personal goodbyes in the present lockdown.

My very best wishes to you all.

A TRULY AMAZING DOCTOR IS HARD TO FIND AND IMPOSSIBLE TO FORGET THANK YOU DR MARY MITCHELL FROM ALL THE STAFF AT HUGHENDEN VALLEY SURGERIES
