While the travel advice is free there is a charge for some injections.

Please be aware that there are some vaccines which you will need to obtain from the pharmacy and pay for privately. We will then administer these to you free of charge.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR PAYMENT WITH YOU WHEN YOU FIRST ATTEND.

Please complete our travel questionnaire which you can download HERE. This will help the nurses prepare for your visit to the clinic and to have an idea of the vaccines you are likely to need. Please post, fax or deliver this to the surgery. This will then be looked at by a nurse. Could you then phone the surgery to arrange a suitable appointment about 5 days after delivery of the form.

Our clinics are very busy and sometimes we are unable to offer appointments in which case we may recommend that you visit a private travel clinic for specialist vaccines or because it may be quicker for you to be seen if travelling at very short notice.
