• We have reviewed our current regime of requesting repeat prescriptions and propose to alter it slightly such that from 1st October 2007, any request received by 8am will be available for collection in 2 working days.
   
• If we experience a problem with our computer the service may fail and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
   
• The Repeat Prescription online form must not be used for any other message. 
  Any health queries must go via the usual channels (ie telephone or attendance).
   
• Your prescription will be available at Hughenden Surgery or Prestwood Surgery a minimum of 2 working days
  after the day you submitted your request (provided that this was before 12 noon) and will be ready in the afternoon.
  
  For example if you make a request:
   

  Monday by 8am	Prescription will be ready for collection Wednesday afternoon
  Tuesday by 8am	Prescription will be ready for collection Thursday afternoon
  Wednesday by 8am	Prescription will be ready for collection Friday afternoon
  Thursday by 8am	Prescription will be ready for collection Monday afternoon
  Friday before by 8am	Prescription will be ready for collection Tuesday afternoon
  Requests made after 8am will require a further 24 hours
  Bank holidays will require an additional 24 hours
