HOW TO REGISTER WITH THE PRACTICE
Please bring your medical card with you to the surgery as soon as possible. All
newly registered patients will be asked to complete a simple questionnaire (see
the link below) and
invited to attend for a “new patient” check-up/assessment with one of our nurses. It is our practice policy to allow patients to choose whichever
doctor they wish to attend. Please try to stay with the same doctor for a
particular complaint. Whenever possible you will be seen on the day you request
providing the doctor is available.
