Welcome to Hughenden Valley and Chequers Drive Surgeries

Welcome to our new, mobile-device-friendly website. We hope you like the changes.

You can now access our site and services using your smartphone, tablet device or laptop.

The site has been completely rebuilt to provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format.

It has been designed with our patients' needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.

We are also proud to introduce new services to you such as booking or cancelling appointments online as well as requesting repeat prescriptions.

Partners In Care

Following your registration at Hughenden Valley or Chequers Surgeries, you and your team of healthcare professionals will work together to ensure that the most appropriate care is provided to you for your specific health needs now and in the future.

This partnership philosophy is far reaching and under constant review, while our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.

Serving You

Our dedicated team are here to help you with those minor ailments that occur as well as the worrying and the serious ones, and we are here to provide specialist management of long-term conditions as well as clinics covering a wide range of specific healthcare issues.

Over recent months many of you have taken part in our testing of new online technologies, thank you all. For those who to whom this is new, we hope you like what we have done.

Some of the changes are small while others are not and will introduce new ways in which we can help you.

Like medicine itself, this site is a work in progress. It will change and develop with time. We have held back some exciting new features that are not quite ready yet so check back here for more information.

Feedback is always welcome and there are likely to be some teething problems of course, but in the meantime, from all of us, we wish you good health.
